General Questions

How do payments work?

Project payments are split into two parts: 50% upfront to begin the project, and 50% before final delivery, launch, or handoff.

Project payments to EchoWebVision may be made through PayPal, Stripe, or another payment method agreed in writing. Available payment options are confirmed before the project begins.

Once the scope, payment method, and initial payment are confirmed, your project is scheduled and work begins.

How does selling products or music work?

Project payments to EchoWebVision are separate from customer checkout on your own website.

Customer purchases, checkout, and digital delivery on your website are handled through hosted third-party platforms such as Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, BeatStars, or similar.

EchoWebVision can connect hosted checkout links, buttons, embeds, product sections, and hosted checkout/delivery flows.

Custom payment backends, user accounts, databases, dashboards, protected download systems, or full platform features are not included in the standard tiers.

You are responsible for your own third-party account settings, platform fees, processor fees, product listings, and payout settings unless agreed otherwise.

How long does a website usually take?

Timelines depend on your tier and how ready your content is. Once I have what I need, most builds move quickly:

Starter: 24–48 hours

Professional: ~2–4 days

Creator Elite: ~3–7 days

If you're on a deadline, mention it up front and I'll tell you what's realistic.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. If you can send links, text, and a few optional images, that's enough. I handle setup and make it simple to review.

What do you need from me to get started?

Usually just:

• Your name or brand name, plus a short bio

• Links (Spotify/SoundCloud/YouTube, etc.)

• Images/logo (optional)

• Social links

• A hosted checkout, product, or beat-store link (only if you're selling something)

If you don't have everything yet, we can still start with the basics.

Can I update the site myself later?

Yes — the goal is that you receive final website files for your own brand or project use and can keep using the site long-term without being locked into a platform. If you want edits later and don't want to touch code, you can message me and I'll handle updates as a paid add-on.

Do you help with domains and hosting?

Yes. I can point you to a simple hosting option and help you connect your domain. If you already have hosting, I can work with that too — we'll keep it clean and straightforward.

What kind of creators is this for?

Anyone who makes work and wants a focused home for it — producers, artists, designers, photographers, writers, coaches, and small brands. The main idea is the same: a site that feels like you.

What if I'm not happy with the site?

If something feels off, tell me early during the build and we'll adjust it. Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope to help the site match what was agreed. Major new pages, new integrations, full redesigns, or a change in direction may need a separate quote.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each website is custom work, payments are not automatically refundable once work has started.

If you cancel before work begins, we can discuss the situation based on whether planning or setup work has already been completed.

If something is not working as expected, reasonable revisions are included to help the final result match the agreed scope.

Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer law.

Is this a subscription?

No — it's a one-time payment for the build. Any future edits are optional, and only if you want them.

Can you build something outside the templates?

Yes. Templates are the quickest starting point, but tiers above Starter can include larger layout changes. If you have a specific vision, send it through and I'll tell you what tier fits best.
