Service

EchoWebVision provides custom web design and template-based website services using the EchoWebVision system. Projects may range from one-page creative websites to multi-page artist, producer, creator, or storefront-style websites, depending on the selected tier or written agreement. Each project is tailored to the client's content, brand, and goals.

Payments & project start

Pricing follows the published tiers unless a different quote is agreed in writing.

To begin a project, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery, launch, or handoff of the completed website files.

A project is considered started once the initial payment is confirmed and work has begun.

The upfront payment secures your project slot, planning time, and development time.

Project payments to EchoWebVision may be made through PayPal, Stripe, or another payment method agreed in writing. Available payment options will be confirmed before the project begins.

Hosted checkout & delivery

Customer purchases, checkout, and digital delivery on your website are handled through hosted third-party platforms such as Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, BeatStars, or similar. EchoWebVision can connect your website to those hosted tools, but custom payment backends, user accounts, databases, dashboards, protected download systems, or full platform/app features are not included in the standard tiers.

Revisions

Each project includes reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Revisions may include text updates, spacing adjustments, content placement changes, link changes, image swaps, and small layout refinements. Revisions do not include full redesigns, major new sections, new pages, new integrations, or a change in project direction unless quoted separately.

Refunds

Because each website is custom work, payments are not automatically refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work begins, any refund or cancellation outcome will be discussed based on whether time, planning, setup work, or other preparation has already been completed. If something is not working as expected, EchoWebVision will make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope to help the final result match what was agreed. Refunds are not offered simply because of a change of mind after work has started or after delivery has been completed. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the selected tier and how quickly content is provided. If anything changes, EchoWebVision will communicate clearly so expectations stay aligned.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, links) and confirming they have the rights to use them. Delays in providing content may affect delivery timelines.

Final delivery & ownership

After final payment is received, the client receives the final website files for their own brand or project use. The client retains ownership of the content, images, logos, music, links, copy, and brand materials they provide.

EchoWebVision retains ownership of its reusable templates, systems, design process, internal tools, general layout foundations, and reusable code patterns used across projects. The delivered website is for the client's own brand or project use unless resale, redistribution, or transfer rights are agreed separately in writing. Future changes or additions are not included unless agreed separately.

Limitations

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, platform fees, payment processor fees, product listings, checkout settings, delivery settings, and account access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

EchoWebVision can connect the website to hosted third-party tools, but does not control third-party platform fees, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, payout timing, or service availability. EchoWebVision is not responsible for third-party services or outages (hosting, email, embeds, hosted checkout, hosted delivery, Formspree, PayPal, Stripe, Gumroad, Shopify, BeatStars, SoundCloud, YouTube, etc.). EchoWebVision can help troubleshoot, but uptime and external tools are outside EchoWebVision's control.
